北京/上海/广州/深圳－－英国签证攻略实录

1、北京访友签证过程

11月26日，早上10点快递送来了英国大使馆的信件，一个淡绿色的大信封，厚厚的，签字接受时的心情好忐忑啊。昨天中午在网上查询了自己的进程，还写着"已经送至大使馆。"没想到这么快就有了结果。打开那个信封，瞧了瞧没看见在签证申请中心看见的那种前顺利签过的大牛皮纸信封，外面订着个"美国运通支票的广告"，心里好沮丧，马上拿出护照，一看在第13页上贴上了我梦寐以求的小纸片，好开心啊，要和大家分享一下心得，希望对还在奋斗中的兄弟姐妹有所帮助。

我准备材料大约花了10天，11月24送的材料，11月25签的，11月26收到。北京。


11月24中午去的东环广场英国签证申请中心，由于是吃饭时间人很少，门口站了几个穿西服的年轻男子，在和客人轻声说话，看到我，问我是送材料的么，我说是，他就给了我一张淡蓝色的小纸片，上面写着"xxxx号，预约面试"，我挺紧张的，就问他免费的申请表在哪里，他说怎么你没填申请表么？我说，不是啊，不是网站上要求申请表双面打印，我打得单面的，他说没问题啊，我说你还是给我一张吧，那个帅哥很无奈的拿一份复印的申请表给我，笑笑。我认为他是在笑话我小题大做，那么紧张，赫赫。


这个复印的申请表还不如我自己在家彩打的呢，就是不放心才来申请中心填写的，结果就是整个申请中心就看见我趴在桌上填了半天表，在签证咨询MM,保安等等工作人员的众目睽睽之下-----------之前观察了一下发现进门第一张桌子的MM态度比较好，所以选择了坐那张桌子，结果感觉还算正确。MM先是问我要照片和申请表，只要一张照片哦，因为照片要求很严格，所以前一天晚上我在家裁了半天，一定要注意照片上头和顶端至少要有0。5cm的距离，不然你就花35块在那边照去吧。申请表她会帮你检查是否填写完全，我就是有一项问"你预计什么时候到达英国"只填了个12/05，她让我说一个大约的日子，我就说10号吧，她就帮我写上了。然后就是照着网上要求的材料一项一项收，顺序无所谓的，我是个人资料-------财力证明---------邀请人材料。建议大家准备材料时参照大使馆的要求，比较具体，不要看大使馆的材料，我就是因为在大使馆网页下载了03版的申请表，前一天晚上才发现换的04版。

请注意：所有材料都要有原件和复印件，除非你的原件不要了，可以只有原件，但是不建议这种方法，你的邀请人的部分资料肯定是复印件了。她们会收你所有提供的材料，不嫌多，我当时还问MM有没有必要出示我的购房合同，因为她要我翻译购房合同，她说提供了会对签证有利的，所以我就跑去一块钱一张复印了整本合同加上了原件，购房发票和翻译件。（小插曲是我的学生证和购房合同没翻译，MM好心说我不用花钱用他们提供的翻译服务，自己翻译就行，因为300字以内是75大元，300字以上是110大元，我当时好紧张，一下觉得自己就是个英语盲，生怕我翻译坏了被拒了，所以宁愿花钱让他们翻译了。

哈哈，大家可要事前做好准备哦），材料都收齐了以后MM会把原件和复印件分开放在两个袋子里，最后放进一个黑色的大袋子，问你选择快递服务么，我问若不选择会怎样，她说就是自己来拿，然后在网上查询需要交费什么的，我也没听很清楚，总之我选了快递，交50大元，之后给你个缴费表，和核对的材料清单，所以大家不用自己写材料清单了，不要的。之后是到一个窗口去算钱，然后去另一个窗口交费，若你没有用他们的翻译服务，就直接去交钱了，算钱就是算翻译的字数呢，之后要到一个递材料的窗口确认交材料，最后给你几张单子，上面有收据，和查询号码等等，可以到英国大使馆的官方网站上面查询进程。


以上是签证过程，下面说我的材料准备。


我是在读研究生二年级，我男朋友在英国读博士，明年毕业，我是要去过圣诞和过我的生日和过年。我准备的材料如下：

咋一看，傻眼了。我在英国没有任何亲人，如何让人家发邀请函？后来在经办的过程中才发现原来，即使你没有任何来自英国的邀请函件，你也是能够申请的。就这一点，目前，在官方的和签证中心的网站上都没有明确说明。但是确实是可以申请的。

我，一头小驴，作为第一次去欧洲的中国护照持有者，没有任何来自英国国内的邀请和担保，自助通过以下准备的文件，得到6个月的多次往返签证：

我准备了：

1、完整的签证申请表格 （表格比较简单，填清楚了，就行了。其中有一栏是：你还有什么话对签证馆要说的，我就描述了自己
去过的一些地方，而且表明自己的目的：backpacker，西方文化里有年轻时backpacker去世界各地的传统，所以backpacker的经历
应该会引起他们的某些共鸣）

2、签证费用（1000大洋左右）

3、照片（2张2寸的白背景3.5cm x 4.5 cm照片） 找个数码照相馆照了就行了

4、资金证明
A. 一份有存款的存折大概4万左右，对帐单打清楚。
B. 一份银行存款证明5万，非常简单，所有的银行都能办，其实就是冻结你的那部分存款）

5、申请者的在职和假期证明 （请看我的附件）
6、户口本 （英文的翻译，请查看我的附件）
7、资金来源证明（至少涵盖过去6个月：我提供了过去6个月的工资表，需要公司章。请查看附件。过去3个月的信用卡对帐单，）
8、旅行的行程安排、预定（酒店（网络预定 www.bookings.net 他们家会将确认的函件发到你的邮箱，你打印出来就行了，他们
有取消的policy，如果你在一定期间内取消，他们不会从你的信用卡中扣走钱）、飞机车船预定票（需要飞往伦敦的来回预定单，
你直接到上海徐家汇路的签证中心办公室一个角落，一家航空公司代理点，他们可以给你出预定单，免费的）

额外的材料：我将一张我和一个西方小伙的合影也附上了。 就这些，如果这些20多张的材料都不能证明咱门的目的是纯洁的话，他们还想要什么？

Due to the short Vacation, I will spend most of my time in London this time. The following are the Details:

 

16^th, Jan. 2006                                              DAY 1

 

・  Depart China for London, England

・  Passport, credit card, Hotel Booking Number, plane tickets (2 way) , theatre ticket information.

・  Arrive at London Heathrow airport. Take a tube to centre London after I come through Her Majesty's Customs.

・  Arrive at the hotel and check in.

・  Collect  groceries at the local store and obtain my London Travel Pass at the nearest tube stop.

・  Take the tube to Green Park Tube Stop and walk past Buckingham Palace, Clarence House, Trafalgar Square, The Admiralty Building, 10 Downing Street, the Houses of Parliament and home from Westminster Tube Stop.

・  I will be good and tired and ready for a good sleep, if still have Jet Lag, I will try hang out during the night;)

 

17^th, Jan. 2006                                                DAY 2

・  Morning: visit to the Tower of London (tube stop: Tower Hill) to see the Crown Jewels and this marvelous Norman fortification. Don't forget to see the Norman Chapel.

・  Catch the double decker bus #15 to St. Paul's Cathedral. Climb to the dome for a view. Be sure not to miss the vaults.

・  Grab a pub lunch near Trafalgar Square.

・  Spend the afternoon inside the National Gallery

・  A quiet night at home? I think so.

・  Proceed to Westminster Bridge for a 1/2 day visit to Greenwich: "where time begins," The Cutty Sark, The Queen's House., The Royal Naval Academy

・  A day of museums or spend the day shopping for my lovely girlfriend in Shanghai;)

・  A day out of London: Take the train from Waterloo for the Isle of Wight. The train goes to Portsmouth Harbor; the Sea Link crosses the Solent for Ryde (a wonderful little seaside town) and the local bus takes one directly to Queen Victoria's magnificent villa at Osborne. It would be a most wonderful day. The round-trip ticket includes train and ferry crossing.

・  Evening at the theatre and a farewell dinner at a local restaurant close to my hotel.

 

22^nd, Jan. 2006                                                             DAY 7

・  Today is my last day in London visiting important sites. I would spend the time visiting two of the most important sites in English history if time permits: The Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey.

・  Depart 2 hours before departure time from Heathrow airport. I must be at the airport 1 hours prior to departure. Say good bye to London and U.K. And back to Shanghai with gifts  for my friends.

 

 

 

 

 

 

3、深圳－－英国旅游签证过程

本来20天的年休假打算在家里陪陪老妈过的，结果被同学狂扁一顿，认为偶太浪费，两句话打动偶的心，，立即取消假期，赶回深圳作打算。

去哪好呢？想起有个朋友刚好在英国，那就去英国吧。有了目标，开始准备。下面就是偶的流水账，也为了记录偶的第一次异国自助游。如签不下来，就把这当成一次经验，给各位借鉴；签下来了，那就可以等待偶的游记了

10.8 早上的火车到深圳，直接赶回单位，上网查到英国驻广州总领事馆的网址，把中间的介绍仔细看了一遍，才知道原来现在不用到广州去递申请了，在深圳就可以办，真是太方便了，虽然要多交220元的管理费，但毕竟省心很多啊。http://www.uk.cn/gz/chinese/ ，当即在网上将申请表和申请要求打印出来，仔细阅读要求。个人认为，心急吃不了热豆腐，在办理整个申请前先自己心里有底，做好思量，一步一步往下进行是比较有效率的。

     偶选的是旅游者/个人访问者签证，要求填表格第一类，把表格打印出来整10页，吓一跳，但研究过后才发现其实自己要填的很少，因为其中很多是关于什么带小孩去的、去读书的、去工作的，跟偶都没关系。心里踏实点了，靠偶的三脚锚的英语应该可以应付了。

    申请旅游签证要提交

1、签证申请表，2张近6个月的白底护照照片（3.5X4.5）；2、护照，起码要有6个月以上的有效期； 3、签证费（今天交了，加上220元的管理费后一共是978元，如果签证结果出来从广州特快专递回来要多交50元快递费。因为想着都是很关键的资料，还是自己到时候去签证中心取更放心点，就没交那50元）；4、工作单位的证明信原件（包括你的姓名、职位、收入、任职时间、准假期限）；5银行存折原件和存款证明原件。

   看一看好像要准备的东西并不是很多啊，为什么都说签证那么难办呢？不管那么多了，因为领事馆的申明中说了只要按要求提供他们要的东西，保证真实性，就可以。暂且相信英国人一回吧。

     心里作了个大致的安排，今天要做啥，明天要做啥。。。。这一整体脑子里就这事了，晚上四点多才睡着。。。兴奋的～～～～～

10.9 周一开始正式上班了，草草把手头的事理了理，就开始办偶自己的事了。对不起公司了因为就想赶紧把这事了了，心里就踏实了，否则其他啥事都干不好。偶是个比较专一的人吧，心里不能多事

  第一、把表格填了，请同事帮我检查是否完整

  第二、借鉴上海小驴的经验，依葫芦画瓢拟了个单位的证明信和自己的个人申明。单位证明信中最好能保证你能按时回来上班，并表明你有能力支付自己在英国的一切费用。个人申明无非就是表明自己只是去旅游，会遵守英国的法律，不会超过允许的逗留期限，然后签上自己的大名。

  第三、到公安局把照片照了。好贵啊，4张照片80元，8张100元，简直是暴利！！但不得不交啊。回头来看，也许其他的数码照相馆都是可以的。

  晚上在办公室遍览各有关申请出国的经验，其实偶现在的目的很明确，先把签证签下来再说，其他的有关具体游玩的事项就看有没有这个机会了。借鉴了很多大侠的帖子，才发现原来你如果提供更多信息会更有帮助，例如在那边的酒店预订、机票预订，表明你真的是去旅游的。这些在领事馆的要求里是没有的，但后来仔细研究表格，因为在表格中有填你在英国停留的具体地方的地址和电话，还有你的出发时间等，看来是需要这些辅助的东西来支持你在表格里所填的内容了。于是上网查谁卖特价的国际机票，深圳干这个的大把，第一个电话就满足了我的要求，对方很热心，马上帮我查到符合我出发日期有个纽西兰航空来回3800多港币的，立即预订，然后她把预订单发到偶的邮箱里，把订单打印出来就得了。订酒店的事情，偶犹豫了一阵，因为很多酒店都是要信用卡担保的，要提供信用卡的相关资料。去了http://www.booking.com/city/gb/london.zh.html?aid=303846&label=london-Zh （斑猪推荐http://en.venere.com/?ref=118096，非常不错，预定和取消都不收费）感觉他们提供的服务还挺全面。再三咨询曾在英国呆过的朋友，告诉我在国外是非常讲信用的，只要找到那些讲明在入住前几天可以退房，把信用卡告知是完全没问题的。既然到了这一步，也只好再信英国人一回了。在网上狂搜一遍酒店，英国的酒店好贵啊像backpacker 的都要10多胖子一晚。累了，回家先。。。。。又是翻来覆去两三个钟头才睡着。。。难道偶失眠了

10.10 找以前在英国呆过的朋友给做了份详细的行程表，然后根据行程表上的日期分别订了在伦敦和爱丁堡的酒店，虽然去的地方很多，但偶不敢订太多酒店，怕取消不了还得给扣款。预订网立即把订单发到邮箱里，打出来，挺详细的，住店离店日期，金额，取消预订规则、酒店地址电话、信用卡担保情况都很全了。顺带查了下自己的信用卡，还好，没有少钱

    拿上所有的存折到银行把最近的交易记录打出来，有笔大额的定期存款让银行给开立资金证明文件，所谓资金证明文件就是把你的资金冻结在银行里头，期限随你定冻结多久。偶考虑半天选择冻结3个月。银行为此收偶20元
    把所有的存折记录都复印一遍，把行驶证也复印了，资金证明文件复印、港澳通行证记录复印、工作证、户口本、身份证统统复印。

    在英国的那个朋友刚好上MSN，跟他说自己要去英国看他，结果没想到对方不欢迎太郁闷了，有点想放弃。。。

10.11 所有的东西摆一桌，按照签证条目一项项整理，检查是否有遗漏。为以防万一，又各多复印两份。本来想当天就去递交材料，后来觉得还不太踏实，就多一天吧。心里也想，反正人家又不欢迎你去，所以签不签都无所谓了。
      晚上睡得好点了，主要是睡前做了两道数独，把脑子给洗了下。。。

10.12 就是今天了。上午赶往深圳福华一路的国际商会中心，由于今天高交会开幕，交通管制，那个堵车啊。。。。平时20分钟的路绕了一个小时才到 到国际商会中心的二楼，以为会排长队，没想到冷冷清清就几个人，在门口拿了个号141，这是今天来申请的人数吗？看着不像啊。

      三四十平米的办公室内左右两个申请受理台，一男一女，都有人在办理，然后就只有我在等待了。等了三四分钟，轮到偶了。把所有的资料都递给他，人很专业，非常快速的看资料，然后把我多复印的东西都退给我，表格也只要一份原件，害我复印那么辛苦全部都准备了四份！！！就问了我一句"是参团吗？"我说不是。然后递给我一张签收表，全都划上勾，表明要提交的我都提交了。签字，交款，给我回执，要我到时候上网查询办理状态，再回来取东西。就这样，偶的所有存折、证件都被他们装在个黑布袋里给扔到后面的桌子上。开始以为不用交原件，只是由他们核对无误还我的，看来核对的事情还是得广州的领事们亲自效劳了。

    前后不到10分钟，偶走出了签证申请中心。

    心里突然觉得很轻松了，几天来缠绕自己的事情一下子释放，不用去想签证的事了，签不签就听天由命吧。
    签证需要3～4个工作日的时间，下周就可知道偶的结果了。其实由于英国朋友不热情的态度，已经给偶的计划泼了好大一盆冷水，所以并不是很在乎了。去不了英国，偶去丽江！！！

昨天已经拿到了去英国的旅游签证

真的很快啊，周四递交，周一处理完返回深圳签注中心，周二十一点之后就能拿到结果。

看来现在去英国也不是很难的嘛。。。。他们都说单身未婚的女士移民倾向最严重，所以很难签的，偶不是也签下来了。准备去英国的XDJM不用太担忧了，其实总结下来，把要求的资料准备好并保证其真实性，签证官是不会难为我们的。朋友说英国人很注重诚实，确实如此。所以我们也不用去找什么旅行社办了，的确很简单。
